Staying positive with KFC in Shanghai Metro

June 16th, 2017

KFC took full advantage of People's Square station's high traffic volume and premium location to kick off an inventive campaign promoting its breakfast combo. The goal was to echo the youth's positive life attitude with KFC. The fast food chain divided two interactive walls into 120 small boxes with Internet catchwords, some colored differently to form the Chinese characters for 'Not Afraid', encouraging passengers to conquer fear and cheer up with KFC's breakfast. LU HAN, KFC's spokesman, appeared on the wall sticker to interact with his fans, such as with a high five, causing the boxes to light up and convey optimistic messages for them.
