The Account Executive will target and develop new regional accounts for Malls and Street Furniture advertising networks. Must be able to create value added campaigns which will drive business. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
We are seeking a pro-active individual with 2 - 3 years experience in out-of-home advertising sales. Energy, self-motivation, excellent communication and presentation skills and commitment required.

| Requirements: |

Minimum Education Required: College Degree
Qualifications:
• Ability to research and make prospecting calls; assemble and propose targeted marketing based on need; manage contracts and client postings; service client to prospect for additional business.
• Understanding the media buying processes within an advertising agency and direct with the client; knowledge of how the two work together.
• Knowledge of the sales cycle; targeting industries for annual, seasonal and/or short-term advertising buys.
• Efficient utilization of the Internet is necessary for targeting and researching prospects.
• Outstanding people skills with an ability to listen to all prospects needs and assembling a convincing media plan is mandatory.
• Excellent writing and verbal communications skills are a requirement.
• Working in an independent environment and be responsible for his/her own sales.
• Must be fingerprinted for post-security airport access. This is required in order to tour prospective advertisers.

The Sales Coordinator will provide support to a team of Account Executives. The incumbent will communicate with internal departments as well as external clients and agencies to facilitate the sales process.
The ideal candidate must possess the ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environments. We are seeking a strong communicator with excellent multi-tasking skills. Superior written and verbal communication skills required. Computer literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Familiarity with office equipment: facsimiles, photocopiers, multi-line telephone. Bachelors degree desired but not required.
