JCDecaux is about to be awarded the advertising concession for the 26 Saudi Arabian Airports through a Joint Venture with local partners. JCDecaux is looking for a Deputy Managing Director to set up and manage JCDecaux Airport in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
.The appointee will be based in Jeddah and will report to the MD of JCDecaux KSA, based in Dubai.
If expectations are met, within 12 months, this position will evolve to Managing Director KSA.
• Sales
- Define and implement the sales policy
- Create and manage the sales team nationwide (national & local sales)
- Identify and prospect key Saudi clients & media agencies
- Achieve the targets defined by JCD KSA Board of Directors
• Marketing
- Create and manage the marketing / Communication / Graphic Arts Dept.
- Set up the media offer
- Promote the airport medium in KSA
- Develop the name JCDecaux in KSA and set up a proper communication strategy
• Miscellaneous
- Coordinate with the technical director and airport managers the implementation of JCDecaux products and advertising campaigns
- Monitor the budget of the sales & marketing departments
- Take part in the overall strategy planning of JCDecaux KSA

• Must possess good level business project management experience, interpersonal, and facilitation skills and the ability to motivate and utilize the full potential of the entire team.
• Knowledge/understanding of Saudi Arabian & Muslim business ethics/language is a plus

The Account Executive will target and develop new regional accounts for Malls and Street Furniture advertising networks. Must be able to create value added campaigns which will drive business. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

The Sales Coordinator will provide support to a team of Account Executives. The incumbent will communicate with internal departments as well as external clients and agencies to facilitate the sales process.
The ideal candidate must possess the ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environments. We are seeking a strong communicator with excellent multi-tasking skills. Superior written and verbal communication skills required. Computer literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Familiarity with office equipment: facsimiles, photocopiers, multi-line telephone. Bachelor’s degree desired but not required.
