The application features a fully custom, airport specific user interface and state-of-the-art 3D maps of the airport that not only help users navigate through the terminals, but also provide a plethora of useful information. Users can receive flight information and directions to their boarding gates by entering their flight number into the “Flight Search” feature, or by scanning their boarding pass with the kiosks boarding pass scanner. After scanning or entering the information, the software will display the 3D map with an itinerary that shows the quickest, most efficient route to their departing gate.

If travelers have time to spare before their flight, they can use JCDirect to explore the airport’s shopping and dining options, locate the airport lounges, check the weather at their destination, or check out the airport’s art program. Various services such as ATM locations, water bottle filling stations, shoeshine stands, currency exchanges, and information booths can all be located with a few touches of the screen.
