Ad Operations
Our Advertising Operations team oversees the technical and logistical side of all advertising campaigns both static and digital. Working closely with Sales before, during, and after all campaigns, this team supports the Sales teams’ work with proprietary business tools and ensures that ads are set up, delivered, tracked, and optimized to maximize revenue and performance for our clients.


Business Development
The mission and goal of our Business Development department is to ensure that our programs are productive for all our stakeholders – our communities in cities, our commercial and government partners, as well as our commercial advertisers. The team reviews and responds to advertising tenders issued by city governments and airports, engages with communities and elected officials, and ensures all internal departments from Finance to Sales to Operations are set up for success.
Digital Innovation
The Digital Innovations Group, fondly known as ‘DIG’, drives innovation for JCDecaux and our clients. Working collaboratively across numerous internal and external teams, the group leverages cutting edge technology and the power of data-driven storytelling to optimize campaign planning, prove the value of Out-of-Home advertising, and establish best practices for our teams in the U.S. and around the world.


Finance
Our Finance department is at the core of everything to do with money at JCDecaux, helping ensure the company runs smoothly operationally, commercially, and financially. In addition to managing core financial cycles such as reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and taxes, the team oversees the day-to-day flow of money in and out of the company — turning sales into actual cash and making sure we meet our financial commitments. Finance also works closely with clients and supports strong relationships with our external partners, from vendors and suppliers to commercial and government landlords.
Information Technology
As the backbone to JCDecaux’s technological infrastructure, the IT department works to ensure everything at the company runs smoothly and provides other teams with the tools they need to reach company objectives. In addition to everyday technical support and managing JCDecaux’s networks, applications, and data security, the team works on complex projects developing proprietary applications that drive business innovation.


Legal
JCDecaux’s in-house Legal Department is involved in every facet of our company to ensure all activities align with legal and regulatory requirements, while still supporting the company’s business goals. From corporate governance and risk management to employment, sales, and policy support, this team aims to work closely with all departments to help the company move forward safely and strategically.
Marketing
The marketers, graphic designers, and photographers that make up this department are dedicated to helping JCDecaux shine and achieve key objectives. Working through collaboration, the Marketing team supports the company via a wide range of tasks- from creating eye-catching marketing materials and running company social media accounts to highlighting our advertising networks through showstopping photography.

Operations
Our operations team is essential to the success of JCDecaux, working big picture and in the field to ensure the core of our business- our advertising networks- works flawlessly. From street-level to airport advertising, this team manages the engineering, installation, and maintenance of all our inventory with a focus on both environmental responsibility and health and safety.

Programmatic
The Programmatic team works to advance programmatic adoption across our digital media and drive incremental revenue from digital and programmatic buyers. In working to marry the latest technologies from the digital advertising industries with the successful strategies that drive our well-established, industry-leading business, this team is necessarily quick to adapt and works closely across departments.
Print Production
Print Production acts as the liaison between many internal and external teams to facilitate the process of all large format static campaigns across all our media properties. From developing the core infrastructure for new sites, working with file preparation and art trafficking on tight deadlines, to managing vendor relationships nationwide, this team’s intradepartmental work includes many of the crucial components that allow JCDecaux to succeed. Print Production also works diligently to support the company’s sustainability goals through implementing new processes to reduce, reuse or recycle our waste.

Sales
Our hard-working Sales team is split into two teams, one handling Street Furniture and Billboard Sales and the other managing Airport Sales. Together they make up one of the largest departments at JCDecaux and are responsible for our client-facing work creating fantastic Out of Home advertising campaigns across our varied inventory networks. The teams are tightly knit into the inter-departmental structure at JCDecaux, working hand-in-hand with Marketing, Ad Operations, Digital, Finance, and more to support both company and client objectives.

Our North American efforts are supported with hardworking teams in 7 cities across the country. In addition to our headquarters in New York City's iconic Empire State Building, our teams also work in offices across Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas, Boston, Miami, and San Francisco to support our nationwide efforts.
